The London Police on Thursday announced that UK-born Khalid Masood carried out the deadly terror attack that left three people dead and about 40 others wounded in the British capital. Born in the city of Kent, the 52-year-old was a resident of central England with a series of criminal convictions but no terrorism-related ones, the police said.
