Mahmoud Shinawi, an Arab resident of Haifa, was indicted Monday as a terrorist for his shooting attack on Jan. 3, which left Guy Kfri dead and wounded Rabi Yehiel Ilutz on the streets of the city. The accused admitted that he had targeted Jews out of anti-Semitism.mnotivation.
